1. About the service

RefreshCoin is an information service. We aggregate publicly available cryptocurrency market data, publish short editorial articles and host a community chat. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by its operator. Nothing on RefreshCoin is a trading platform: we do not hold funds, we do not execute orders and we never ask users for money, keys or wallet access.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Registration currently requires only a display name, an email address and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Activity that happens under your account is considered your activity, so tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has gained access to it.

3. Community chat rules

The chat is provided so that registered readers can talk about markets. To keep the room useful and safe, the following conduct is prohibited:

• Spam, repetitive posting, scam links and phishing attempts.
• Deliberate market manipulation, pump-and-dump coordination or paid promotion of any asset.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks against other participants.
• Sharing illegal content, malware or personal data of other people.
• Impersonating the RefreshCoin team, editors or other persons.

4. Moderation

We may review, edit, hide or delete any chat message, and we may warn, mute or ban any account, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice, when these terms are violated or when the integrity of the service is at risk. Automated participants may post short market commentary in the chat; these messages are informational and do not represent the opinion of any human author.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site. This means no attempts to overload, scan or break our infrastructure, no attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to administrative areas, and no automated activity that puts unreasonable load on the service beyond ordinary personal browsing.

6. Intellectual property

The RefreshCoin name, logo, design, code and original editorial texts belong to the operator of the site. Market data shown on RefreshCoin comes from independent third-party providers and remains the property of those providers under their own terms. You may quote short excerpts of our articles with a visible link back to the source page. Systematic copying of the site's content or data feeds for your own commercial product is not allowed without written permission.

7. Third-party services

RefreshCoin depends on public third-party APIs and CDNs for market data, charts, the Fear & Greed index and coin logos. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Links inside articles and chat messages may lead to external websites that we do not operate and do not endorse.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove any feature at any time, and we may stop operating the site entirely. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime can happen.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of RefreshCoin is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss connected with the use of the site, including trading losses, missed opportunities, data displayed with delays or errors, or the unavailability of the service. The site is an information tool only, and decisions you make based on anything you see here are your own.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, abuse the community chat or create legal or technical risk for the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page with its last updated date. Continued use of RefreshCoin after a change means you accept the updated version.
